by Suzanne Licata

Congratulations to Ray Brock, Chairman Emeritus for Curry Real Estate Services for winning the Northland Community Foundation Pinnacle Award. The award was presented to Ray at a breakfast on Friday, April 28th at Harrah’s Casino. The Pinnacle Award celebrates philanthropy in the Northland.

It is presented each year by the Northland Community Foundation to recognize and honor individuals, groups and businesses who best exemplify civic pride, leadership, individual and neighborhood caring, and who have made a significant charitable contribution either by personal deed or monetary commitment to our community. Ray was nominated by the Assistance League of Kansas City.

The Northland Community Foundation was established in 1986 to encourage charitable giving to benefit the families and children living in Clay and Platte counties. The Northland Community Foundation offers donors the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to their community and to the causes and programs that are most important to them.
