The newest addition to Prairie Place Apartments, leased and managed by Curry Real Estate Services, is the community building, which is now the central gathering place for residents of this 73-unit complex, featuring a club room, leasing office and maintenance shop. In addition, 17 beautiful new Prairie Place apartments have been built over the last eight months – 11 one-bedroom units with 723 square feet and six two-bedroom, two-story units with 1,177 square feet of space.

Prairie Place Apartments feature apartment homes with one to four bedrooms, one and a half baths, and square footage from 600 to 1,400. Pet friendly, each apartment home has a garage, Internet, fireplace, laundry hook up and more.

The celebration included food games and live music from local musicians, the Variety Pack, whose guitar player, Lonnie Hinote, is a resident of Prairie Place.
