Recently, Curry Real Estate Services welcomed Patrick Flynn to the team. Flynn serves as a regional property manager in the multi-family division.

In his new role, Flynn will handle the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties. His duties include the day-to-day review of lease files, new applications, curb appeal of properties, status of projects and compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines. He also will oversee property managers and onsite staff to ensure that properties meet company occupancy benchmarks as well as state, federal and local laws.
