Brynn McCan Joins the Synergy Services Board of Directors

by Suzanne Licata

Curry Real Estate Services is excited to have one of its own, Brynn McCan, vice president of executive administration, join 20 other Northland community enthusiasts on the Synergy Services board of directors.

McCan began working after college with Synergy Services, an organization that provides assistance and services to individuals affected by domestic violence. She stayed engaged in the ensuring years including serving as chair of Synergy’s Kindest Kansas Citian Awards for the last three years.

Synergy has always been important to me because they address the big picture of domestic violence, not just treat the symptoms,” said McCan. “They provide resources to counsel victims, provide education to prevent and stop violence and set impacted clients up for continued success. I will continue to enjoy working with the front line Synergy staff, but I look forward to being energized by the dynamic board to help Synergy in delivering on its mission.”

Ellen Todd, president and CEO of Curry, said McCan has long known the joy of receiving so much more in return for what service she is able to give. “You cannot out-give our community, you just get so much in return,” she said. “You can readily see why Brynn has been passionately invested in Synergy Services for years – their work is unceasing in service to those in need and they do it with an amazing spirit.”
