Improvements Really Make a Difference

Recent updates at The Stone Apartments in west Plaza and our commercial building on Mill Street in Liberty are giving us all the feels for the kind of fresh look and feel that makes you happy to be there. (September 25, 2023)

Curry’s Mill Street joins so many of its neighboring buildings on the street of the same name in Liberty in completing exterior improvements that make it, and the whole street, a joy to see. We repaired and painted the garage, painted the building and updated all the lighting – an area of focus to aid our tenant and those they serve particularly in the winter months.

We are especially pleased with the new flat iron awnings. They are so cool! The awnings alone radically change the look of the building.

It is gratifying to make these improvements in service to our long-time, fantastic tenant, Life Unlimited. This organization is the largest service provider for adults with disabilities in the Kansas City metropolitan area. It is an honor to work with them.
