Small Development, Antioch Village

It wasn’t just any cup of coffee. When the barista handed the Dutch Bros Coffee pour to its first customer from this drive-thru in the northland, it marked the hot launch of a cool, small development – Curry Real Estate Service’s Antioch Village.
Thoughtful consideration began years ago as to how to develop the nearly three-acre site in a manner that would best meet the needs of the community. Located just south of the Antioch Annex and west of Antioch Crossing on the 5400 block of NE Antioch Road, the Curry team dedicated itself to bring resources to the site that met the wants and needs of those who live and work in the neighboring areas.
“Antioch Village could not be more centrally located in the Northland,” said Matt Pepper, Curry vice president, commercial. “It is in a high-traffic area, has great visibility and access and can take advantage of customer volumes already generated by complementary, nearby centers.”
At #4 with a bullet in the 2024 USA Today 10 Best / Drive-Thru Coffee survey, Dutch Bros Coffee was an incredible win as the first Antioch Village tenant. Obviously a fan favorite, Dutch Bros has a length, crazy fun menu offering something for every mood – more than 30 frozen and blended drinks – from protein-packed options to classic lattes, black coffees and seasonal drinks. And let’s not forget the yummy treats – muffins and granola bars – to kick off your day or get you through the afternoon slump. It is a terrific addition to the neighborhood.
“Antioch Village is a great addition to the growing North Kansas City community,” said Pepper, “bringing more resources to serve those who live and work in the community.”
