Kindest Kansas Citian Readathon

More than 50 volunteers (including Curry’s own Suzanne Licata) gathered Friday, February 6, at the Youth Resiliency Center on Parvin Road in Kansas City, Missouri, to take on the most gratifying gift of service – reading through student essays nominating candidates for the annual Kindest Kansas Citian Award.

Synergy Services opens Forest Hill Village

Last fall, Synergy Services opened Forest Hill Village, an 18-unit apartment and the organization’s newest housing community developed to help people move from crisis to stability with a safe place to live and with support built in. It advances something Synergy has always done well: meeting the immediate needs of people in crisis so they can be helped to prepare for a better life ahead.

Patrick Flynn Serves as 2026 President of IREM KC

In 2026, Patrick Flynn CPM®, Curry Real Estate Services’ vice president, became the most recent member of our team to serve as president of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Kansas City Chapter (IREM KC). Since 1968, seven Curry professionals have stepped up to this leadership role, starting with the late Ray Brock, followed by Paul Fessler, Ron Castle, Richard Wertz, Mike Long, Matt Pepper and now, Patrick.

Tenants Celebrate Their Five-Year Anniversary
