Curry Promotes Brynn McCan and Patrick Flynn

At the Annual board meeting for Curry Real Estate Services yesterday, Patrick Flynn was elected as Vice President and Brynn McCan was elected as Senior Vice President! These are both well deserved promotions for these individuals who continue to provide valuable leadership and professionalism adding great value to our team

“Brynn has been a leader for years in helping to advance operational solutions that keep Curry at the forefront of our industry,” said Ellen Todd, president of Curry Real Estate Services. “Alongside her many other duties, Brynn has helped identify and customize to Curry’s standards technology platforms, service protocols, analytics and other programs essential to exceptional service to our tenants as well as the strong performance of our properties.”

McCan joined Curry in 2013 as head of human relations. As senior vice president she continues with this responsibility as well as management of IT and several business operations initiatives. Passionate about her work, McCan carries a similar dedication to her involvement in Synergy Services. She is chair-elect of the organization and has chaired both its Kindest Kansas Citian Awards and Stand Up for Synergy fundraisers. She started working with the nonprofit, which assists individuals and families with respite from violence and skills for the future safety, after college and joined its board in 2019. Her long devotion to Synergy has drawn the enthusiastic involvement of other Curry team members in the organization.

Flynn joined Curry in 2017 and as vice president is responsible for the day-to-day management of properties throughout the greater Kansas City metropolitan area and the oversight of employees dedicated to the each of the multi-family developments. Flynn, a licensed REALTOR® in Missouri and Kansas, received his certified property management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2020. He serves as program chair on the IREM Kansas City executive board.
