Promotions for Two of our Finest.

In our last quarter board meeting, it was announced that Heather Jordan and Dan Sweeney would be promoted to vice president. Congratulations to two committed team players who understand and live the Curry way. (August 12, 2022)

Jordan, who joined Curry in 2016, is responsible for management of several multi-family properties throughout the metropolitan area – developing budgets; hiring, training and managing staff; overseeing maintenance and capital projects and more. She earned the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification in 2020.

“Heather does everything you ask of her and more,” said Ellen Todd, president of Curry Real Estate Services. “She takes ownership of her role with passion and professionalism and that has been such a gift to our organization and the residents and owners she serves. She’s just a joy.”

Sweeney came to Curry in 2020 and swiftly demonstrated his leadership in the company’s commercial division where he is responsible for management of commercial properties throughout the metropolitan area providing brokerage services, property use analysis and consulting. A licensed REALTOR® in Missouri and Kansas, Sweeney is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Kansas City (BOMA).

“We were thrilled when Dan joined Curry as he brought such great experience to the position,” said Todd. “Since that time, he has really made the role his own, growing our commercial portfolio with his extraordinary level of service to our owners and tenants.
