Petar Krstic Joins the Curry Team as Controller

Curry welcomes Petar Krstic to our accounting team. Krstic serves as controller with responsibilities including budget and forecasting, internal controls and compliance, financial reporting and analysis. Prior to joining Curry, he served in similar capacities for multi-national companies including DST Systems, Euronet Worldwide, Garmin and Quality Technology Services (QTS).

“I was drawn to Curry by its personable and professional culture rooted in a long, local history unique to this family-owned business,” said Krstic. “Curry is employee and service oriented and coming here has been a good transition for me from big corporate America.”

Krstic is originally from Belgrade, Serbia, a landlocked country in southeastern Europe bordered by Hungary to the north, Romania and Bulgaria to the east, North Macedonia to the south and Croatia, Bosnia/Herzegovina and Montenegro to the west. He came to the U.S., more than 20 years ago, recruited by Rockhurst University to its basketball program, graduating with a degree in finance and accounting. He later earned an MBA with emphasis in finance and accounting from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. 

Krstic, his wife and two sons live in Leawood, Kansas.
